I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located right in the center of Kuta's vibrant nightlife and dining scene. The rooms were clean and well-kept, although there were issues with bathroom cleanliness. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options to choose from, making it a highlight of my stay. However, I found the service to be lacking as the staff didn’t seem particularly eager to help. Overall, it’s a good value for what I paid, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
